Thomas Reeves served as a private in Captain Walker's Company of the Georgia Militia in the Florida War for which he received a land warrant. It was assigned to Cornelius B. Fisher who received Warrant No. 38.326 for 160 acres in Missouri on 15 Nov 1858. The Second Seminole War was known as the Florida War and occurred 1835 to 1842.
