REAVES-SMITH BIBLE RECORDThis record was torn out of a family Bible sometime in the distant past. The page has been passed down in my family for generations.
Mary Smith's maiden name was Mary Rogers, She was the wife of the second Archibald Reaves. After his death, she and their children Joined her family in Refugio County, Texas. In 1854 she married Charles Smith, a Danish seaman. Their son, Thomas A. Smith (who changed his name to Anderson Thomas Smith), was my great-grandfather.
