Know all Men by these presents that we, T N Reeves, Elizabeth Reeves, John Reeves, J C Reeves, William D Reeves, James Ellis, Alice Twitty, Nannie Twitty, Matty Twitty, Bynum Ellis, Elijah Ellis, Hampton Ellis, Sidney Ellis and H J Gardner in the State aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid at and before the sealing of these presents by R F Marshall and J S Marshall in the State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained, sold and released, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said R F Marshall and J S Marshall all our right, title, interest and estate in and to all that certain piece parcel or tract of land, lying, being and situate in the county of Lancaster, State aforesaid, containing 195 acres, more or less, Bounded North by lands of Mrs A E Baskins, Mrs. Lucy Ellis and J E Bowers; South by lands of J R Blackmon; East by lands of R L Baskins and J S Blackmon; west by lands of R L Baskins and Jas Baskins and being the same tract of land conveyed by James B Reeves to James A Blackmon and Malissa Carolina Blackmon by deed dated January 23rd 1875 recorded in the office of the clerk of Court for Lancaster County, in Book A Page 258. The purpose and intention of this deed is to convey to R F Marshall and J S Marshall any and all interest that we may now have, or may hereafter require either as heirs at law of the said J B Reeves or otherwise. Together with all and singular the Rights, Members Hereditaments and appurtenances to the said Premises belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining.
To have and to hold, all and singular, the said Premises before mentioned unto the said R F Marshall and J S Marshal their heirs and assigns forever. And we do hereby bind ourselves, our Heirs, or Executors and Administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said Premises unto the said R F Marshall and J S Marshall their heirs and assigns, against ourselves and our heirs lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof. Witness our hand sand seal this 8th day of Oct. in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten in the one hundred and 35th year of Sovereignty and Independence of the United States of America.

C. do hereby certify unto all whom it may concern that Mrs Jane Reeves and Mrs Susana Reeves, the wives of the within named W D Reeves and J C Reeves did this day appear before me, and upon being privately and separately examined by me, did declare that she does freely, voluntarily, and without any compulsion, dread or fear of any person or persons whomsoever, renounce, release and forever relinquish unto the within named R F Marshall and J S Marshal Heirs and assigns, all her interest and estate, and also all her right and claim of dower, of in or to all and singular the premises within mentioned and released.
