From the Kelvedon Hatch, St. Nicholas Parish Register:
  • Lucy Daughter of James & Lucy Reeve was Born December 1st 1803 and Christened March 27th 1804 Registered same day by me Ambrose Serle Rector

William Reeve of Blackmore names "my Brother James Reeve of Kelveton Hatch in the said County of Essex farmer" in his will dated 21 Feb 1809.

The will of James's widow Lucy names "my three children Lucy Gordon James Reeve and Phoebe Taylor" and for the daughters "their respective husbands Alexander Gordon James Taylor."
