GRO Index for children of Charlotte reveal her maiden name was Polly. This seems to match the marriage from St. Luke in Middlesex:

In 1851, he was living in Stanford le Hope, Essex, a widower age 45, born in Kelvedon Hatch, Essex. With him is son Walter, age 6. He also had a housekeeper named Sarah Taylor and servants Eliza Stubbs and Henry Semy in the household.
From the Little Dunmow, St Mary the Virgin Parish Register:

In 1861, he was living in Canewdon, Essex, age 55, born in Kelvedon Hatch. His wife Abigail, age 36, and children Willis (age 27?), Jane (age 18), and Walter James (age 16) were with him along with servants Emma Borker and Susanah Walleker.
In 1871, he was living in Steeple, Essex, age 65, born in Kelvedon Hatch. Children Walter (age 26), Jane (age 28), Thomas (age 7), and Henry B. (age 6) are with him along with a servant Jane Bridge.
The National Probate Calendar states the following from 1874:
REEVE James. 20 August. The Will of James Reeve late of Steeple in the County of Essex Farmer who died 9 July 1874 at Steeple was proved at the Principal Registry by Willis Reeve of Doddinghurst near Brentwood in the said Couty John Reeve of Blackmore in the said County and Walter James Reeve of Steeple Farmers the Sons the Executors.
