Thomas wrote his will on 29 Apr 1659, when he was of Roxwell, Essex. No probate date is given. In it, he mentions:

  • my third daughter Margaret Reeve...when she shall come to the full age of twenty & one yeares

  • Richard Reeve, of Willingale Spain, yeoman, s. & h. of Thomas Reeve, late of Roxwell, and Susan his wife, afterwards wife of Thomas Foster, of Roxwell and Matthew Reeve, of Shellow Bowells, brother of Richard to Henry Maggett, of Writtle, yeoman, 2 crofts called "Seawalls", near "Stone hill" in Roxwell

Research Notes

Since Thomas named his son Matthew, it's possible he was related to Matthew Reeve who lived in Shallow Bowells just to the west of Roxwell.
