Based on her sister Bethia Fletcher's will, we know she was also siblings to Jeremiah, Jehiel H., and Barnabas Reeves.

Phebe is listed on the census in the household of her sister Bethia Fletcher and her husband Thomas in 1850. She was with Thomas again in 1870.
