Wiki Stats - End September 2019
The total number of pages in the Wiki (as at 1 October 2019) now stands at 9328 (previously 9207, 9084, 8951) an increase of 121 pages during the month. Of the total, 1760 pages (was 1758, 1744, 1709) begin with a number and are most probably a date related gleaning. We currently have 3963 wiki pages categorised as "People", of which 3511 begin with the letter "R".Community members should log in to see more.
TRP Users
We ended August 2019 with 399 user accounts registered in TRP, an increase of two. Three users have successfully activated their account during the month. We welcome new community members Al, Tom and Brenda. We look forward to reading their contributions to TRP.Whether you joined TRP recently or a while ago, if you have yet to do so, please set a meaningful name for yourself as described in First Steps - Part 1. It isn't difficult and only takes a couple of minutes to do. It's also good to see new pages being contributed to TRP by some of our relatively new members - well done and please keep up the good work.

Reeves DNA Project Update
It's been a little quieter at the Reeves DNA Project during the last three months, but that's often the case during the summer months (of the northern hemisphere). At the end of September the project had 335 members, an increase of just four during the quarter. In July we welcomed Donald and Jack; Jenna joined during August and Brenda most recently in September.During the quarter we've received details of the results for three Y-DNA Donor members of the project, and all three matched with a pre-existing group.

Kit 906034 for CR added to DNA Group 08 We hope these individuals or their representatives will make contact and allow us to identify them within TRP. We've also see one new Family Finder result and no new mt-DNA results for Reeves DNA Project members during the past quarter.Why my initials?
Although many of the same folks are involved, the Reeves DNA Project (hosted at FtDNA) and The Reeves Project, TRP (which is independently hosted), are separate entities. As admins at the Reeves DNA Project, we are not at liberty to reproduce certain information you share with the members of the Reeves DNA Project here in TRP.We need you to give TRP permission to name you in relation to your DNA Kit. It's quick and easy to do, for a DNA Donor all it takes is a simple six line e-mail. Please see page permission from DNA Donor.
