On motion of Wrights & McMullan ordered that the return of the Commissioner in the above case be confirmed - also ordered that the Comr of the Court do proceed to sell the land and negroes recommended to be sold after duly advertising the same at Lancaster Court House on the first Monday in January next, or some convenient day thereafter on the terms and credits mentioned in the return except so much cash as will pay costs, taking bond and good personal security and a mortgage of the property (if deemed necessary) to secure the payment of the purchase money
