Research Notes
The Study of the Reeve Family by Wesley Baker suggests Solomon may be the father of Isaiah, Solomon Jr., Israel, and Zadock. There is likely also a connection to Luther who named a son Rumsey and who may himself have been the son of Israel. Simon Rumsey Reeve may also be a close connection based on Sarah's possible maiden name of Ramsey or Rumsey. Bethuel Reeve of Southampton may have been another son has he apparently had a grandson named Rumsey as well. Further research is needed to determine if this is the case.Sources
