Walter sold some land in two deeds, one to Henry Paxson and the other to Thomas Atkinson Jr., on the same day, 14 Sep 1748. It states that he got this land from William Stevenson in 1713 and John Maumont or Baumont in 1742.

Walter Reeve, Jr. married Ann, daughter of Alexander and Sarah Bennett. His will dated May 8, 1753 and proved May 23, 1754 names sons Samuel, Micajah, Jonathan and Barzillai; daughters Ruth, Rebecca, Ann and Sarah, and “my son Walter’s three sons.” He devised all his “goods and living creaters now on the place to Samuel and Elizabeth, ” etc., but does not say whether Elizabeth is a daughter or not. His wife, Ann, died Dec. 11, 1744. Both he and his wife along with several children are buried in St. Andrews Episcopal Church Yard at Mt. Holly. There was an Elizabeth Reeve buried 21 Apr 1760 in the same cemetery, probably the daughter Elizabeth mentioned in the will. Samuel Reeve was made administrator of her estate in 1760.

Walter's headstone read: "Here lieth the Body of Walter Reeve who departed this Life 21 of March 1754 Aged 69 years." Ann's headstone reads: "Here lieth the Body of Ann Wife of Walter Reeve, who departed this Life Dec 11 1744 Aged 49 Years." In the same cemetery is their son Walter: "Here lieth the Body of Walter Reeve, Jun who departed this Life the 20 of August 1716 Aged 27 Years 5 Month." The headstone of the apparent daughter Elizabeth reads "In Memory of ElizaBeth Reeve who departed this Life April 21st 1760 Aged 32 Years."
