BIR - Issue - Structure - Pages out of Sequence

When adding pages to a State/County (UK)/Province/Territory, we aim to keep various levels in alphabetic sequence. Since migrating to TW15.6 a few pages have been observed to be out of sequence. In some instances it has proved to be impossible to resequence the sequence. The page is moved to its desired position and seems to save OK, but then reverts to the wrong position on next visit. Cosmetically we can hide this issue from most users by adding sortalpha=alpha to the {toc} command, but this does not resolve the fundamental issue.

Please update the table below to record individual pages found not in the expected sequence. It is not necessary to attempt to resolve the sequence issue before logging it here. Please wiki link each of the pages concerned. If you subsequently observer a sequence noted below has corrected itself, please do NOT delete the original entry. Rather add a new row immediately below the original error report and detail the now correct sequence in green ( ~~green: text~~ ).
